Sanyo launches 7.1M mini HD camcorder


Sanyo announced that its 7.1M mini HD camcorder 'Xacti DMX-HD700' would be launched in Japan market on October 19.

Using any SD/SDHC card as its storage, the slim camcorder supports MPEG4/AVC(H.264) video file compressing that enables users to conveniently upload its video clips to online social network sites like blogs. With its ‘Simple’ mode, even beginners could create high quality HD movies. Users can enjoy the filmed content on an HDTV via its HDMI port.

When it comes to shooting still images, the DMX-HD700 allows users to get more clear images by offering various functionalities including ‘Face Chaser Function’ and it also supports PictBridge function to print out its images through connected printer without a PC.

It is available in three colors of silver, red and brown and no words on pricing yet.
