Samsung to release its flash memory HD camcorder


Samsung Electronics launches its flash memory HD camcorder ‘VM-HMX10A’ in Korea market, which is equipped with 4GB built-in memory.

Adopting 2.7-inch wide LCD monitor and touch screen, it features 150-degree swivel grip and Anynet+ technology enabling you to network your home via one remote controller. It supports 1280 x 720 progressive scan at 60 fps and H.264 video codec. Suggested price is 799,000(KRW).

Samsung's 3G HSDPA phone 'BlackJack II' will unveiled


Samsung’s 3G HSDPA phone ‘BlackJack II(model: i617)’ was unveiled during CTIA 2007 in San Francisco.

Running on Windows Mobile 6 Standard, the BlackJack II features 3G UMTS/HSDPA and Quad-band EDGE/GPRS technology, built-in GPS supporting TeleNav GPS Navigator, and AT&T Video Share service enabling users to share live video over the wireless phones while on a voice call.

Adopting 2.4-inch 320x240 pixel screen and qwerty keyboard, it is equipped with front jog wheel, 2.M camera and Bluetooth 2.0 connection. It will be available from AT&T in US market, and suggested price is $149.

Samsung's smartphone 'SCH-i760' will released from Verizon in USA


Samsung’s smartphone ‘SCH-i760’ was displayed at the CTIA 2007 in San Francisco, which will be released in US market from Verizon Wireless on November 2.

Running on Windows Mobile 6 Professional, the Samsung ‘SCH-i760’ is equipped with 2.8-inch touch screen for a quick and easy navigation, a full qwerty horizontal slider keyboard and a separate dial pad right on the front of it. Other features included mp3 playback, a 1.3M camera and stereo Bluetooth for speakers and headsets.

Samsung to provide its femtocell device in US market via Sprint


Samsung Electronics announced the provision of its femtocell device ‘UbiCell’ in US market via Sprint Nextel, which helps improve reception in homes to subscribers in Denver and Indianapolis.

As a small cellular base station designed for use in residential or small business environments, the UbiCell supports CDMA 1x and adopts plug & play function.

Samsung to reveal its 3G phone 'F700' in Europe


Samsung Electronics announced the launch of its ultra smart phone ‘SGH-F700’ in European market with Vodafone. It delivers 3.6 Mbps data speeds under Vodafone’s 3G broadband(HSDPA) network allowing users to experience fast access to the Internet and faster music downloads.

With a full qwerty key pad that slides underneath the 3.2-inch color display, it features new user interface ‘Croix’ which has been award iF Communication Design Award 2007. The phone was first introduced at 3GSM World Congress in February earlier this year, and is expected to be available in Europe market beginning early November with metallic blue, brown and white colors.

Samsung UFO is newest series of HSDPA (High Speed Downlink Package Access) cell phones. It is a “Unidentified Flying Objects” ? no, you wrong, but, UFO's samsung means “Unimaginable Fast speed Oh!” which refers to the handset’s high-speed HSDPA. UFO support connectivity up to 7.2Mbps. Right now, there are three phones on UFO series: SGH-U700, SCH-W300 and SPH-W3000. Features are integrated 2 megapixel camera module, Bluetooth connectivity, microSD card slot, and TV out port. No more information about price, but its also cool gadget, isn't?
